This route is recommended for trained tourists with adequate physical condition. It is contraindicated for heart, circulatory and respiratory system, rheumatism and other diseases of the joints and cartilage.

The trail starts from the central parking lot, crosses the national road and goes uphill towards Ciuc. After 170 m it goes down the Ciucaș street to the left, crosses the railway line, then, parallel to the route, it reaches the Olt bridge. For the first section, there is also the option of going down to Lake Ciucaș via the stairs behind the Catholic church. Crossing the Oltului bridge the road forks. To the left you can reach the campsite and the mofetă. To the right continues the trail marked with a red triangle climbing towards the Falcon Rock. It crosses a small clearing, and climbs the forest road leading to the Carpitus Quarry. The marker, after only 25 meters, leaves the road, crosses the Corbului stream and climbs 18 serpentines up the steep slope of the Falcon Rock.

After a 25-30 minute ascent the forest thins out and we reach the back of a smaller cliff at the southern end of the Falcon Rock. A little further to the right we leave the path and after about 10 m we carefully climb up a steep slope and suddenly find ourselves on a cliff. But we have not yet reached our objective, which is already visible to the left (north). After this small detour we return to the trail marked with the red triangle, we walk north for another 3-4 minutes until finally
